I appreciated that place, the balcony was lovely. Reasonably priced and generally comfortable room with a panoramic view from the window. Hotel was reasonably clean and the service was exceptional.

I loved that the hotel was peaceful and spotless. The location was prime close to the lake. The refreshing drinks in poolside bar were very welcome. Furthermore, the free parking was an unexpected surprise👌😀

The bed was uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

Free of charge breakfast, ideal location, nice bed. Stuff where more than helpful and the service was hospitable. Everywhere there was immaculately clean.

Staff and rooms were exceptional, everything was very clean. To grab a bite visit Diamond Sky Bar, it is located close by. We liked customer service, it was extraordinary too.

The location was marvelous, breakfast was FANTASTIC. Walking distance to Always Cafe, where you can have lunch. Fabulous base for holiday in Hanoi. Even the Noi Bai International airport was not so far.
